A gentle Candlelight & Meditation Yoga Session designed to help you unwind, slow down, and release the stress of the day. Practiced in a calm, softly lit space at The Lodge, Cospicua. This all-levels class combines slow, mindful movement, breathwork, and guided meditation to soothe the nervous system and bring the body back into balance. Perfect for anyone looking to relax, reset and reconnect with themselves.

Cancellation Policy
1. What to Bring Bring your own yoga mat and water. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. 2. Booking Policy Bookings can be made up to 30 minutes before class starts, subject to availability. Payment must be completed to confirm your spot. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations are free if made at least 6 hours before class. Cancellations with less than 6 hours’ notice or no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be credited to future classes. 4. Punctuality Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has begun to ensure a calm and safe environment. Liability Waiver By booking and attending the Vinyasa Yoga, you acknowledge and agree to the following: You understand that this involves physical movement and may carry a risk of injury. You participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for your own health, safety, and well-being during the session.You agree to practice within your limits and inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns before class begins. You understand that the instructor offers guidance and modifications, but it is your responsibility to listen to your body. You release the instructor from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of participating in the class. You confirm that you are physically fit to participate and have consulted a healthcare professional if necessary. By booking, you accept these policies and terms in full.
