Full Body Melt is a Yin Yoga practice designed to help you slow down, soften, and release tension from the body. Through long, supported holds and a gentle, close-to-the-ground flow, you’ll create space for deeper relaxation, mobility, and mindful release. Suitable for both new and seasoned practitioners. Come as you are. Melt as you leave.

Cancellation Policy
1. What to Bring Bring your own yoga mat and water. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. 2. Please arrive 5 minutes before the class begins. 3. Booking Policy Bookings can be made up to 30 minutes before class starts, subject to availability. Payment must be completed to confirm your spot. 4. Cancellation Policy Cancellations are free if made at least 6 hours before class. Cancellations with less than 6 hours’ notice or no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be credited to future classes. 5. Punctuality Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has begun to ensure a calm and safe environment. Liability Waiver By booking and attending the Full Body Melt and Vinyasa Yoga Flow, you acknowledge and agree to the following: You understand that this involves physical movement and may carry a risk of injury. You participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for your own health, safety, and well-being during the session.You agree to practice within your limits and inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns before class begins. You understand that the instructor offers guidance and modifications, but it is your responsibility to listen to your body. You release the instructor from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of participating in the class. You confirm that you are physically fit to participate and have consulted a healthcare professional if necessary. By booking, you accept these policies and terms in full.
