Cancellation & Attendance

What is your cancellation policy for Weekly Reset Yoga (Group Classes)?
You can cancel your booked class up to 12 hours (Embody75 and Focus45), 6 hours (Yoga group class) before the class start time to receive a class credit or a refund. Cancellations must be made through your online booking account or by contacting us directly.

What happens if I cancel late or don't show up?
Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the class, or failure to attend a booked class (no-show), will result in the forfeiture of the class fee or credit. No refunds or class credits will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows. This policy is in place to respect instructor time and ensure fair access to limited spots.

What if I arrive late to class?
Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before the 7:15 PM start time. For the comfort and safety of all participants, latecomers may not be permitted to join the class once it has officially started or if a significant portion of the warm-up has been missed. For private sessions, arriving late will reduce your session time.

Preparing for Class
What do I need to bring to class?
Please bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water. We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable athletic wear.

Do you provide yoga mats or props?
For hygiene reasons, we require students to bring their own yoga mats. We do not provide communal props, so if you use specific props like blocks or straps, please bring your own.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Layers might be helpful for outdoor classes or during cooler months indoors.

Do I need any special equipment for Aerial Hoop or Sling private classes?
For Aerial Hoop/Sling private classes, all necessary aerial equipment will be provided. Please wear comfortable, fitted clothing that covers the back of your knees and armpits to prevent skin irritation. Avoid zips, jewellery, and anything that could snag the fabric or equipment.

Do I need prior experience for Aerial Hoop/Sling classes?
No prior experience is necessary for private Aerial Hoop or Sling classes. Your instructor will guide you through foundational techniques and ensure a safe and progressive learning experience tailored to your level.
Health & Safety
Is there a health disclaimer I should be aware of?
Yes, by participating in our classes, you acknowledge that yoga involves physical exertion. You are responsible for assessing your own physical and mental readiness. Please inform your instructor before class begins about any injuries, conditions, or discomfort you may be experiencing. We are not liable for injuries sustained during class due to individual limitations or non-adherence to instructions.

Should I consult a doctor before starting yoga or aerial fitness?
We highly recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, recent injuries, or are pregnant.

What is your policy on outdoor classes and weather?
For our outdoor classes in Delimara (June-September), in the event of unsuitable weather (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds, extreme heat), the class may be relocated to our indoor space in Zejtun or rescheduled. All registered students will be notified at least 2 hours before class if there's a change. A class credit will be issued if a class is canceled due to weather and cannot be relocated.
