Aerial Classes

Outdoor Sunset Yoga (June - October)

Experience the calm of sunset with our outdoor yoga sessions from June to October. Every Tuesday from 7:30 to 8:30 PM, we move our practice outdoors, immersing ourselves in nature as the day winds down. These classes blend gentle movement, stretching, and breathwork, making them ideal for all levels and a perfect way to unwind during the summer months.

This program is born from my own challenges in achieving flexibility, never attained effortlessly. Yet, designed not just for those like me, who find flexibility a constant hurdle, but also for those with innate flexibility. This program becomes your tool for mastery of range of motion, controlling the depth and increasing it at your will.

ABOUT SURF THE BODY

An island girl at heart, Sarah discovered her passion for yoga in 2015, embarked on her first solo trip, and got addicted to surf and yoga retreats taking her to Sri Lanka, Bali and Fuerteventura. 2020 was the year that she took a leap, quit her job, enrolled in yoga teacher training, and has never looked back. 

Committed and pretty much addicted, she continued to further her teaching and training in SUP Yoga, Aerial Slings, and Aerial Hoop and has since ventured out on her own, deepening her knowledge with leading artists locally and abroad. 

You may on occasion find her performing at a local event.

Known for strength and grace, her teaching style marries workout and dance. 

Movement aside, she holds a bachelor's degree in psychology, and she might get carried away talking about life's mysteries, and what motivates our behavior. 

Why is she doing this?  Because, she got a taste of this adventure, and she literally can’t keep it to herself!
