A beginner to moderate level Vinyasa class that will bring fluidity to your practice by tapping into the 4 elements of fluid movement: Body awareness, flexibility, strength and confidence. Each class will offer a different creative sequence that will light up every muscle in your body as you synchronize breath with fierce and fearless movement. Prepare to find magic in your moves and own your space on the mat.

Cancellation Policy
1. What to Bring Please bring your own yoga mat. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. 2. Booking Policy Bookings can be made up to 30 minutes before class starts, subject to availability. Payment must be completed to confirm your spot. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations are free if made at least 6 hours before class. Cancellations with less than 6 hours’ notice or no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be credited to future classes. 4. Punctuality Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has begun to ensure a calm and safe environment. Liability Waiver By booking and attending the Weekly Public Yoga Class in Zejtun, you acknowledge and agree to the following: You understand that yoga involves physical movement and may carry a risk of injury. You participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for your own health, safety, and well-being during the session.You agree to practice within your limits and inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns before class begins. You understand that the instructor offers guidance and modifications, but it is your responsibility to listen to your body. You release the instructor from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of participating in the class. You confirm that you are physically fit to participate and have consulted a healthcare professional if necessary. By booking a class, you accept these policies and terms in full.
